Non-contiguous US residents and International residents – including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico – are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 5-10 business days of Nilight receiving all returned goods. The product is pretty sturdy and heavy. The light bracket came broken so I wish there was a way to just get a replacement light. It also had some miner dents but definitely not terrible. Overall, it was a good buy. Put it on last night (minus wiring the light) and today I've had a lot of good feedback on it.
