I have a 1999 Blazer with a brush guard. The stock headlights are abysmal and the aftermarket ones (that I paid over $100 for) are even more dangerous than the the dim originals because they blind oncoming traffic and don't provide adequate light going forward, despite my every attempt to adjust them safely. Aftermarket HID bulbs only made the existing issues more intense. My solution was to put a couple of nilight driving lights on the brush guard with these mounts. I run them in place of the factory headlights. Later on, my neighbor sold me a huge light bar later on that my brush guard couldn't support due to mounting hole location issues. A 2nd set of these mounts made short work of that issue. The picture I have up shows how universally adaptable these mounts are. The smaller nilights are mounted from below and the big bar is mounted from above. Yes, it's a comical amount of lights, and no I don't run them all at once ever. (I'm not THAT guy.) Very sturdy and secure. Would recommend.
