even beamNiLight seems to be a good quality lighting at a fair price. This little unit is as bright and even in lighting quality comparable to a Rigid light, build quality is great I have several on a couple of different builds from an ATV to a rock crawler and they are holding up well, no condensation, no rust on the hardware, wiring is sized correctly so heating issues, the plastic lenses are not fading, pitting, ectWould definitely buy again.

I left a tip at the bottom. So this unit is extremely bright which makes it great for dark back roads or off-road use. It has a powder coated finish with cooling fins built in. Mounting hardware gives you several options for mounting. If you have a plastic bumper you may want a metal brace behind the plastic to prevent pull through and shake effect. There's a right and wrong way to wire these up as they draw a lot of amps. So here's my tip. Run the hot leg through a heavy duty relay and then straight to your battery directly. Then use either a toggle on an accessory feed from the fuse box or go from your stock fog lights wire to power the relay to activate it. This will keep you from over burdening the stock harness and melting your wires.

I wish these had mounting rods on the bottom too that would slide the light to desired positions. This is too short to stretch across the hood. I tried to reverse the end brackets to no avail.Nonetheless, the light is well made. I like the easy hook up directly to the battery terminals with the loop design. The wiring, LEDs, and casing are all good quality.Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

I added this light bar onto to the back of my big rig semi-truck. I drive a truck across the USA and when I am driving on some highways and smaller towns at night some of these roads & highways are very dark. When you are the only vehicle on the road sometimes headlights are not enough. If I am pulling a load this extra lighting allows me to have better road visibility. The brightness is exactly as described if not better. I have pulled up to an area and leave my lights on and I swear its like a mini stadium arena its so bright. I love it!

Firstly, on the harness: it is not included. That is not really a minus for me since like a lot of users I have my own set of aux lighting switches in a switch pod. Rather than include the cost in this light bar and charge everyone, including those with no need for a harness ten beans more to include a harness, you have the option of buying the harness separately, it is nine bucks here on amazon.On the light: The beam pattern of this is a very good and useful mix of spot and flood. It is very bright and has quite a reach with its 200 watts (~17 amps at 12 volts). The construction looks good and it is (self) rated by Nilight at ipx68, which means it is supposed to withstand total immersion over a long period of time. Now UV, vibration and heat from a light take their toll on seals, and I can only say that time will tell how long this is properly waterproof.The mounting system is versatile with both side mount and bottom mount. The bottom mount system is a bit tricky to get going, but once you have it in it allows you to use preexisting mounting tabs/holes that may be on your bumper or pushbar of various distances apart.

I installed this in the front bumper of my Silverado. It is super bright. So far it is holding up but I dread ever having to fix or replace it. I had to buy a seperate switch kit.

I installed this under my front bumper. Installation was easy. The led light bar is very bright and well made.

Nilight as a company has been hit or miss for me. This light bar is definitely a hit. The light itself if heavy and the mounting system is robust. I love that I can mount it by the bottom of the light or the sides, making it more universal and easy to fit. The quality of this light bar has truly blown me away. I have yet to install it but based on the quality of it, it should be as bright or brighter than my other light bars at this size. My only con to the light bar is that it doesn’t come with a harness, which I knew. So if you can do a little bit of automotive wiring or just buy a harness on Amazon, this is a very good purchase.
