Right off the bat, I should get the negative part out of the way. If you love in the US, this product does not work right out of the box. It's made for short/wide euro style plates. That said, you can make it work if you cut off 1" from either side, and drill some new holes. I tapped the new holes so I could screw the license plate in with short bolts, without any nuts behind it. I also had to drill self-tappong screws into new spots in the bumper. Also, my 12" lightbar ended up being too wide to work on this bracket, by about 2". So I made a 14" wide piece of 2" plate steel, and bolts that to the top of this bracket, then bolted the lightbar to that.It was a lot of work, but if you can manage to make it work for you, it's a great quality bracket. Very heavy gauge steel, it's not going to flex at all.Incidentally, I realized that this bracket is also exactly what I need for a cargo shelf I'm working on too, so I ordered 4 more for that! Not at all what it's meant for, but hey, these things are crazy sturdy and exactly the dimensions I needed for that, so why not?Anyways, 5 stars for the quality, 1 star for ease of installation, but 4 stars overall once you actually manage to make it work.
