Installation Tips
There is a plug and play bulb sockets and an adjuster. Simply plug the lights into the existing wiring (The wiring harness kit is NOT included.)
Information on Condensation
Common Causes of Condensation
- Large changes in daily temperature.
- Leaking seals on bulbs and/or bulb sockets.
- Fog light turned on and the bulbs heats up inside the housing, the hot air will turn into moisture.
Condensation is normal
Condensation does not indicate a defect When condensation occurs within the lamp, this is normal. Condensation is caused by temperature differences, areas of low pressure that absorb moisture in winter, and other climate changes. It does not affect the optical function of the lamp.
Ways to solve condensation
- Check that all vents are free from blockages. Turn on the lights for 20mins to raise the fog light temperature and evaporate condensation.
- Remove bulbs to allow moisture to evaporate form inside the housing. Heat with a hairdryer to speed up the process.
- Leaking seals on bulbs sockets. Put moisture absorbing silica-gel desiccant packet inside the fog light.

I love these spotlights for my Toyota Tacoma. The installation was easy, all I did was look up here tutorial on YouTube and follow the step-by-step instructions now my Toyota SR5 looks that much better. We definitely recommend this product. The only thing that would prevent me from buying them in the future is the fact that it doesn't come with the wiring harness. The SR5 doesn't have the five light set up like some of the other models do so if you have an SR five, just know that you're going to have to buy your own wiring harness or go through the process of setting up the OEM wiring if you have the time and resources
These appear to fit on my SR perfectly. I am already pre wired for fogs, however, I want it to be powered by my battery. Therefore, will need to find a wiring kit and switch to hook up! So excited to get these on my truck and to light up the night!
I didn't know how easy these came off! After seeing the new ones, it was easy for me to change. I have never seen a new TRD with yellow fog lights so I had to order these for my truck. They are of oe quality and appearance. They have a awesome price right now. They are complete(I'm going to use my led bulbs, they come with H16 halogen bulbs.) It comes with the trim ,you have to use your old clips or buy some.
I took a chance on these and they actually fit my 3rd gen Tacoma Off-Road.I didn't have to use the covers since mine were fine.Good color and brightness.Decent value.Highly recommend.
