I bought these lights in 2016 for my sons power wheels (12v electric kids car) They worked great for him and when the power wheels broke I installed them under my bumper facing to the rear and wired them to the reverse lights. They are working great and are really bright. Simple to install .
bright, durable, easy to mount, and very versatile. the only thing i wish they had was a SLIGHTLY broader beam.
At first I wasn't sure the quality due to the price. After having them sit around the house for a few months I finally put them on. Note, I put all weather sealant to water proof them as was recommended in prior reviews.I must say, I am very surprised. I wasn't expecting much but these turned out to be great little lights for 13$. Last night I drove from Louisiana to South Carolina and I had these lights on the entire time and they worked great.If anything changes on my drive back I will revise my review.The photos don't show how bright they really are at night but these little things are bright.
The lights look great and install pretty easily- if you can solder. My lights came with about 6" of wire to install them so I needed to run extensions to tie into the stock reverse lights. I am using them as auxillary reverse lights on a Ford Ranger.Other than the short wires, they feel solid and well constructed and are extremely bright.
What great lights. You get everything you pay for. Mounted on rear of ATV for back up lights. I don't understand why they sell these so cheap.
I bought these to do some trail riding after dark when it gets too hot out in the summer. Attached them to an aluminum flat bar and mounted that to my handguards. Tapped into the high beam indicator with some quick disconnects. With a 3600 lumen headlight bulb, these auxiliary lights and a 5000 lumen headlamp I am good to go anywhere after dark. Haven't tested the durability, but at $16/pair I can replace them every year.
I like them a lot .... I put them on my 2011 F150 and they look awesome and they work a lot better than regular ones .. I love them !
So far so good. These seem very bright for the price to me. I live in the Arizona desert so they haven't been very moisture tested. My only complaint might be the length of the provided wires. I would expect them to be long enough to get from the outside of the vehicle in. In my case they were but just barely.As for the pictures, I'm including a day picture in a garage--you can see how bright they are compared to the day runners. The other day picture is so you can see the look of the lights on the vehicle--I was surprised how small they appear. The two night pictures are with the FJ's stock head lights turned on; only one has these lights turned on. The idea being you can see how bright the stock lights are and yet how dim (and yellow) they appear compared with the LED lights (this product).
