COMMON CAUSES OF HEADLAMP CONDENSATION
1. Large changes in daily temperature (+/-30℃/105℉)
2. Water vapor easily collects as dew point or humidity increases I

HOW TO SOLVE:
1. Check that all vents are free from blockages. Turn on the low beam for 20 mins to raise the headlight temperature and evaporate condensation.
2. Remove bulbs to allow moisture to evaporate from inside the housing. Heat with a hairdryer or heat gun at a low temperature to speed up the process.
3. Leaking seals on bulbs or bulb sockets. Put moisture-absorbing silica-gel desiccant packet inside the headlight.

The headlights on my 2003 Malibu were badly crazed/fogged. These lights arrived in a nicely packaged box. The directions and a pair of thin gloves was also included. I watched a YouTube video to see how to swap these out so I didn't really follow the directions provided. On this car, the swap-out was super easy. Pull up on two plastic pieces, pull out the light, disconnect the bulbs, and reverse the process of the installation--I'm talking 5-8 minutes to do each.The headlights fit well and look fantastic. My only critique is about the thin rubber flap that is designed to fill the gap around the lamp. Since it's attached to a curved surface, it has some waviness in it that doesn't look great. That said, I'm very happy overall as it makes a huge difference in the effectiveness of the lights and the appearance of the car.

It's amazing what I was missing. For over three years my wife didn't want to drive at night as she could not see well. I never thought it could be the headlight assembly. The visibility is great again with the perfect brightness. First thing she said after thanking me! was... 'I can see again'. These took all of 15 minutes to install as I used my old light bulbs. The prisms in the assembly make it appear that the car is newer than a 2003. These have survived the monsoons of Tucson for one season, that's a winner in my book. Thanks to the Nilight Store for saving me and my car, Ha! Happy wife...you know the rest.
