Got these to add fogs to a 2009 truck that never had them, and they went on it great. We had to do work to the truck, like add a harness and some holes, but once it was ready, these popped right in. They are good quality, just from looking, you would assume they were OEM. Lenses are crystal clear, they aren't taking on water either.Perfect as usual, anything from Nilight is great!

These fog lights fit my truck great. Very easy to install and they light up a good portion of the road.

I ordered these for my son, who has a 2008 GMC Sierra.And that 2008 Sierra, to be straight up, well, that Sierra is the worst vehicle I've seen in my decades of owning countless vehicles, in numerous classes, in many types, of many manufacturers. I despise it. . It's the most rusted, most problematic, most parts and pieces defective and failing vehicle I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. It has turned me off from GM and Chevy, and all other GM sub-brands, for the foreseeable but of eternity.And listen, I'm no GM/Chevy hater. I drove them in the military, in the form of CUCVs, in peacetime, and in war in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait. My battalion had mostly HMMWVs, and a few CUCVs. Which was far more comfortable? CUCV. Which had better protection? CUCV. (Our HMMMWVs were soft-covered, no vinyl protection, no armor. The CUCV at least was fully covered in metal). Which one would get stuck in the mud? (Yeah, it rains in the desert) It was the HMMWV that would get stuck in the deep thick mud of the wadis, while the CUCVS rolled past without a care, as the HMMWVs waited for the M88 to come yank them out.And as morning greeted us as we slept on our uncomfortable cots in our insufferably hot canvas tents, sweating and stinking and lucky to shower once a week, which vehicle would come bring us breakfast in bed? It wasn't the HMMWV! To be fair, it wasn't the CUCV either, because vehicles back then --- and even today --- don't deliver breakfast in bed to anyone, anywhere. They're vehicles, not waitstaff!As much as I loved HMMWVs, I at least liked our Chevy Blazers and pickups as much. And that statement leads me to my new dislike for GM: I really do not like my son's GMC Sierra.The problems is has are problems that seem to be widespread throughout that era of Sierra/Silverado: the frame is rotten, the cab corners the same, 2 of the door handles broke when trying to use them, speakers fail, power windows intermittently work. It's just a disappointing mess.And GM service is also a disappointment: when there was a recall on the Takata airbags, GM "fixed" it, according to the manufacturer's prescribed fix. The problem? Ever since the "fix," the airbag warning light is illuminated. So while fixing the recall, GM service messed something up so that there's a constant airbag warning, and of course they declared it a total coincidence. Just another strike against me ever considering a GM family of vehicles again.So, for the 0.23% of people who've read this far, why have I spent so much time discussing my previous love for GM/Chevy as a wartime vehicle, which transitioned into my utter disgust due to my experience with a 2008 GMC Sierra?I'll tell you why, and the why, if you've forgotten, which I can't blame you if you have, is because this review is a review about the Nilight fog lights. Remember that?As much as I despise that 2008 GMC Sierra, with all its rust and all its problems, these fog lights are aces. The truck didn't come with fog lights. So there was a bit of work to do.We had to install the wiring harnesses, and punch out the cutouts to mount the fog lights. Had to install new controls to even have the fog light on/off switch.And once we had all that prep work done? These lights integrated seamlessly. They perfectly fit into the punchouts where factory fog lights would have been installed. They perfectly clipped into the newly installed wiring harnesses. They delivered a great temperature of light. They were great.After Action Report: the 2008 GMC Sierra gets a 2 out of 10, for being the worst vehicle I've ever come across (and that's a testament to how bad it is, as my late grandfather, rest his soul, owned a Cadillac Cimarron).But these fog lights get a 10/10. Sure, installing these fog lights onto this disgraceful failure of a truck is like the proverbial "putting lipstick on a pig," but they work, they work well, they integrated easily, and they might actually be the best thing about this embarrassment of a truck.

They look great installed and gives the truck a makeover. Jolly good show.

These fog lights replace your broken or damaged fog lights on a GMC Sierra pickup truck. They are manufactured to exceed OEM specifications. Made with a plastic housing and polished glass lenses. Comes with 880 (27watt) bulbs and back up wiring harness in case yours is damaged. I like that. What I dont like is that they come with the same 880 lightbulbs that the originals came with. I prefer the 880 LED light bulbs. Not only are they brighter but they last longer and operate at a lower temperatrure. I have replaced three sets of these stemming from damage done by the high temperature of the OEM bulbs. The bulbs melt and deform the plastic housings. I highly recommend switching these out right off the rip. They recommend professional installation but I think spending unnecessary money on a professional is a big waste of time and money. I replaced mine in 15 minutes. You got this!
