Installation Tips
There is a plug and play bulb sockets and an adjuster. Simply plug the lights into the existing wiring (The wiring harness kit is NOT included.)
Information on Condensation
Common Causes of Condensation
- Large changes in daily temperature.
- Leaking seals on bulbs and/or bulb sockets.
- Fog light turned on and the bulbs heats up inside the housing, the hot air will turn into moisture.
Condensation is normal
Condensation does not indicate a defect When condensation occurs within the lamp, this is normal. Condensation is caused by temperature differences, areas of low pressure that absorb moisture in winter, and other climate changes. It does not affect the optical function of the lamp.
Ways to solve condensation
- Check that all vents are free from blockages. Turn on the lights for 20mins to raise the fog light temperature and evaporate condensation.
- Remove bulbs to allow moisture to evaporate form inside the housing. Heat with a hairdryer to speed up the process.
- Leaking seals on bulbs sockets. Put moisture absorbing silica-gel desiccant packet inside the fog light.

Ordered these for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee project on retrofitting these to fit the front bumper that I have. I'm using these as fog lights and building a case for these to mount to. Then I'll be putting LED's in them. So far these are awesome!

The fog lamps worked great in my 2006 Grand Caravan. I should have got them sooner!
Direct fit on my 07 Dodge Charger. Fit right in to the slot and aligned perfectly with the screw slots. The lights that come with it are regular halogen bulbs, I switched them and put in led and they work great. The lens on the fog light assembly are clear and look really nice. It also comes with the wiring assembly for the bulbs. It was very easy to run the new wires, my car didn't have the fog light wires so it was great that these came with them.
My fog lights have been out for years now. I should have replaced the bulbs then, but now over time they have glazed over like headlights seem to do. When I saw these I had to get them as a nice after-market replacement that by the time I would have cleaned and replaced bulbs, they will pay for themselves.No instructions were included on how to install; that's probably because they fit multiple makes and models (but videos on how to remove & install fog lights are available everywhere, so shade-tree mechanics and DIY'ers should have no problem). Now if it will just warm up so I can install them.FWIW, obligatory notice for those who care, the box has a warning label stating "Cancer and Reproductive Harm" and a link for details (see pic).
If you want something that will pop right in after you plug in very few wires, this is what you want. I have never received a car kit quite so straightforward. There is one plug for each headlamp, and the headlamp itself plugs in. Aside from a few screws, that is it. It was carefully packaged, the instructions were clear and concise (although I could have done it without them), and the convenience made this a simple project. Recommend!
From my test these lights appear to work as described.I got them for my 08 dodge caliber that I have been working on over time. My caliber does not come with fog lights so the plug and play design of these lights wont work as I will need to run some additional wiring. However they do fit in the front lower sports of the bumper cover well.The lights are decently bright, seem to be well made, and are light weight. So far I am very happy with this light and can not wait to install them on my car.
